Loans to directors, officers, shareholders or company owned or controlled by savings bank

No savings bank may make any
loan to a director, officer or principal shareholder of the savings bank or any
company owned or controlled by the savings bank if such a loan would be
prohibited for a bank that is subject to 12 C.F.R. Part 215, commonly known as
Regulation O.
