Nevada Code § 673.226

Savings banks possess same powers, privileges and authorities as state banks and national banks; exceptions and limitations; savings banks subject to restrictions, limitations and requirements applicable to state and national banks

1. In addition to all powers, express or
implied, that a savings bank has under this chapter, a savings bank has the
powers, privileges and authorities that:
(a) A state bank has under chapters 657 to 671 ,
inclusive, of NRS; and
(b) A national bank has,
except as
may be expressly denied or limited by the Commissioner after notice and a
hearing.
2. Any restriction, limitation or
requirement applicable to a specific power, privilege or authority of a state
bank or national bank applies to a savings bank exercising such a power,
privilege or authority pursuant to this section to the extent that a savings
bank exercises such a power, privilege or authority.
