Nevada Code § 673.114

Service offices: Authority to establish and maintain; notification to Commissioner required; service office does not constitute branch office

1. A savings bank organized under this
chapter may establish and maintain one or more service offices within or
outside this State according to the needs of the savings bank.
2. A savings bank shall notify the
Commissioner in writing of the location of any service office not later than 30
days after establishment of the service office.
3. A service office does not constitute a
branch office and is not subject to the issuance of any license, certificate or
prior approval of the Commissioner, the Department of Business and Industry or
the Division of Financial Institutions before establishment.
