Foreign,
used in connection with an association, limited-liability company, corporation
or other person organized for the purpose of conducting a banking business, means
an association, limited-liability company, corporation or person organized for
the purpose of conducting a banking business that is organized or incorporated
under the laws of some government other than that of the State of Nevada. The
term includes any savings association, savings and loan association or other
depository institution that specializes in accepting deposits and making
mortgage and other loans pursuant to its charter, which is organized under the
laws of another state or the United States.
