Deposit account defined

Deposit
account means an account that holds deposits, whether in a commercial, demand,
time, checking, savings or similar type of account, or which is evidenced by a
certificate of deposit, investment certificate, certificate of indebtedness or
other similar name, for which the savings bank is primarily liable.
