1. A credit union may, subject to any regulations adopted by the Commissioner and any limitations imposed by 12 C.F.R. 701.36(c) and 701.36(d), purchase, hold and dispose of property necessary or incidental to the operations of the credit union. 2. A credit union shall notify, request approval from or seek a waiver from the Commissioner under any circumstances in which a federal credit union is required to notify, request approval from or seek a waiver from the National Credit Union Administration pursuant to 12 C.F.R. 701.36(c) and 701.36(d).
