A credit union may: 1. Hold membership in other credit unions organized under this chapter, in the Nevada Credit Union League and in other organizations composed of credit unions; 2. Perform such tasks and missions as may be requested by the Federal Government, the State of Nevada or any agency or political subdivision thereof, including, without limitation, a city, county or school district, when approved by the board of directors and not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter; 3. Act as fiscal agent for and receive deposits from the Federal Government, the State of Nevada or an agency or political subdivision thereof, including, without limitation, a city, county or school district; and 4. Perform trust services for its members, including the trust estates of deceased members, and act as a custodian of qualified pension funds of self-employed individuals under the provisions of 26 U.S.C. 861 et seq.
