The Commissioner may: 1. Examine the records of any foreign credit union which holds a certificate of authority issued by the Commissioner at any time he or she deems necessary. 2. Revoke a certificate of authority issued to a credit union if he or she finds that the credit union has violated any provision of this chapter or the regulations of the Commissioner.
