Nevada Code § 672.345

Applicable law; filing of annual report

A foreign credit union which has been issued a
certificate of authority shall:
1. Serve its members in this state in
accordance with its bylaws and the laws of the state in which it was organized,
except where those laws conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
2. File with the Commissioner a copy of
its annual report at the time it files a similar report with the officer of the
state in which it was organized.
