Enforcement of individual liability of stockholders or members and directors or managers of closed bank

Among
its other powers, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in the performance
of its powers and duties as receiver or liquidator, may, upon the order of a
court of record of competent jurisdiction, enforce the individual liability of
the stockholders or members and directors or managers of any such bank.
