1. For the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of chapters 657 to 671 , inclusive, of NRS, the Commissioner shall provide the necessary forms for all examinations and reports as required in chapters 657 to 671 , inclusive, of NRS. 2. All reports received by the Commissioner must be preserved in the Commissioners office.
