Nevada Code § 662.295

Emergency closure: Notification of Commissioner or Comptroller of the Currency

A bank closing an
office or offices pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS
662.285 shall give as prompt notice of its action as conditions will
permit, by any means available, to the Commissioner, or in the case of a
national bank, to the Comptroller of the Currency.
