Nevada Code § 660.235

Preemption of codes, ordinances and regulations of local governments relating to safety of customers at automated tellers

1. NRS
660.115 to 660.235 , inclusive,
supersede and preempt all codes, ordinances or regulations of counties, cities,
towns and local agencies regarding the safety of customers at automated tellers
located in this state.
2. Substantial compliance with those
sections is conclusive evidence that the operator of an automated teller has
provided adequate measures for the safety of his or her customers.
