1. When authorized by the Commissioner, a financial institution may establish and operate one or more offices for mechanical tellers in this state. 2. For the purposes of NRS 660.045 to 660.105 , inclusive, and this title, an office for mechanical tellers is not a branch office of a financial institution organized under the provisions of this title.
