Nevada Code § 656.370

Injunctive relief

1. The Board may maintain in any court of
competent jurisdiction an action for an injunction against any natural person
or business entity who violates any provision of this chapter.
2. Such an injunction:
(a) May be issued without proof of actual damage
sustained by any natural person or business entity.
(b) Does not relieve such natural person or
business entity from any criminal prosecution for the same violation.
