Nevada Code § 653.910

Injunctive relief

1. The Division or the Attorney General
may maintain in any court of competent jurisdiction a suit to enjoin any person
from violating a provision of this chapter or any regulations adopted pursuant
thereto.
2. Such an injunction:
(a) May be issued without proof of actual damage
sustained by any person as a preventive or punitive measure.
(b) Does not relieve any person from any other
legal action.
