Nevada Code § 652.220

Grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of license

A license may be denied, suspended or revoked
if the laboratory, laboratory director or any technical employee of the
laboratory:
1. Violates any provision of this chapter;
2. Makes any misrepresentation in
obtaining a license;
3. Has been convicted of a felony relating
to the position for which the applicant has applied or the licensee has been
licensed pursuant to this chapter;
4. Has been convicted of violating any of
the provisions of NRS 616D.200 , 616D.220 , 616D.240 or 616D.300 to 616D.440 , inclusive;
5. Is guilty of unprofessional conduct;
6. Knowingly permits the use of the name
of a licensed laboratory or its director by an unlicensed laboratory; or
7. Fails to meet the minimum standards
prescribed by the Board.
