1. The Commissioner shall issue a compliance managers certificate to any applicant who meets the requirements of this chapter for the certificate. Each certificate must have a unique identification number. 2. Each compliance manager holding a compliance managers certificate issued pursuant to this chapter shall notify the Commissioner in writing of any change in his or her residence address within 10 days after the change.
