1. The Commission, or any member thereof, shall have power to administer oaths, certify to all official acts, and to issue subpoenas for attendance of witnesses and the production of books and papers. 2. In any hearing or investigation in any part of the State the process issued by the Commission shall extend to all parts of the State and may be served by any person authorized to serve process of courts of record. The person serving any such process shall receive such compensation as may be allowed by the Commission, not to exceed the fees prescribed by law for similar service, and such fees shall be paid in the same manner as provided in NRS 645.710 for the payment of the fees of witnesses.
