Nevada Code § 645.620

Maintenance by Division of record of complaints, investigations and denials of applications

The
Division shall maintain in each district office a public docket or other record
in which it shall record from time to time as made:
1. The rulings or decisions upon all
complaints filed with that district office.
2. All investigations instituted by that
district office in the first instance, upon or in connection with which any
hearing has been held, or in which the licensee charged has made no defense.
3. Denials of applications made to that
district office for examination or licensing.
