1. The Commission shall adopt regulations establishing the fee for an examination for a license as a real estate broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson and all other fees necessary for the administration of the examination. 2. Every application for examination for a license as a real estate broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson under the provisions of this chapter must be accompanied by the applicable fees established pursuant to subsection 1. The applicant must pay the original license fee and the fee for the Real Estate Education, Research and Recovery Fund at the time he or she files an application for a license.
