1. An applicant for a license to operate a new barbershop shall submit an application and an inspection fee to the Secretary of the Board. 2. A member of the Board shall then, within 6 days, inspect such shop and issue a temporary license to the applicant which is valid for 20 days if such applicant complies with the applicable provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted by the Board. 3. The Board shall issue a regular license to the applicant before the expiration of such 20-day period.
