Admission of barber or apprentice licensed or certified in another jurisdiction; regulations

Except
as otherwise provided in NRS 643.130 ,
any person who has a license or certificate as a barber or an apprentice from
another state, the District of Columbia or a country which has substantially
the same requirements for licensing barbers and apprentices as are required by
the provisions of this chapter must be admitted to practice as a licensed
barber or apprentice pursuant to the regulations adopted by the Board.
