Nevada Code § 643.105

Examinations: Effect of failure to appear; regulations

1. An applicant for a license pursuant to
the provisions of this chapter who, without good cause, fails to appear for an
examination of the Board after notification by the Board of eligibility to take
the examination:
(a) Is not entitled to receive a refund of the
fee for that examination; and
(b) Must reapply to take the examination by
filing a new application and paying the fee for the examination.
2. The Board shall, by regulation, define
good cause for the purposes of this section.
