Certain providers of health care who may supervise behavioral health and wellness practitioner

A
behavioral health and wellness practitioner may be supervised by:
1. A psychiatrist licensed pursuant to chapter 630 or 633 of NRS;
2. An advanced practice registered nurse
who has the psychiatric training and experience prescribed by the State Board
of Nursing pursuant to NRS 632.120 ;
3. A psychologist;
4. A clinical professional counselor;
5. A marriage and family therapist; or
6. A clinical social worker.
