Nevada Code § 641.225

Psychologist required to practice under name that appears on license; association with firm, partnership or corporation authorized under certain circumstances

1. Except as otherwise provided in
subsection 2, a psychologist may practice only under the name that appears on
the license to practice psychology issued to the psychologist by the Board.
2. A psychologist may associate with a
firm, partnership or corporation which engages in or offers to engage in the
practice of psychology if the name and license of each psychologist associated
with the firm, partnership or corporation is displayed conspicuously at the place
where he or she practices psychology.
