Nevada Code § 641.190

Licensing or limited practice authorization of psychologist licensed or certified in another state

The
Board may:
1. Grant a license as a psychologist
without any examination to any person certified or licensed by a board of
psychological examiners of another state if the Board determines that the
requirements in that state are at least equivalent to the requirements of this
chapter.
2. Authorize a psychologist licensed or
certified pursuant to the laws of another state to practice psychology for 1
year or less if the psychologist has:
(a) Made application to the Board for licensure;
(b) Met the requirements of education and
experience for licensure in this State; and
(c) Not been disciplined in another state in
connection with a license to practice psychology or has not committed any act
in another state which is a violation of this chapter.
