Nevada Code § 639.510

Protection of certain information obtained by Board

The Board shall implement and maintain
reasonable security measures to protect the information obtained by the Board
pursuant to NRS 639.127 , 639.1371 or 639.500 from unauthorized access,
acquisition, destruction, use, modification or disclosure. The provisions of
this section do not prohibit the Board from disclosing and providing such
information to other state and federal agencies involved in the regulation of
prescription drugs to the extent deemed necessary by the Board.
