Computer or other electronic device provided to practitioner by pharmacy or insurer

A pharmacy or
insurer may provide to a practitioner a computer or any other electronic
device, including, without limitation, any software or equipment required for
the computer or device if the computer or other electronic device is capable of
transmitting data to any pharmacy in this state.
