1. The Board may by regulation adopt,
amend or repeal rules of professional conduct appropriate to the establishment
and maintenance of a high standard of integrity and dignity in the profession.
2. Every registered pharmacist shall be
governed by the rules of professional conduct adopted by the Board.
3. The rules of professional conduct
adopted by the Board shall be furnished to each pharmacist holding a currently
valid certificate to practice in this State and to each person to whom a
certificate is thereafter issued. Upon receipt of a copy of the rules of
professional conduct, each registered pharmacist shall subscribe thereto.
4. Nothing contained in NRS 639.213 and this section shall be
construed as authorizing the Board to adopt rules of professional conduct
relating to the issuance of trading stamps to the general public.
