Conviction of certain felonies: Immediate suspension of certificate, license, registration or permit; reinstatement

The conviction of any person who holds a
certificate, license, registration or permit issued pursuant to this chapter of
a felony for a violation of any federal law or law of any state concerning
drugs or chemicals operates as an immediate suspension of the certificate,
license, registration or permit. The person so convicted may apply to the Board
for reinstatement at any time.
