Nevada Code § 639.134

Registration of pharmacist without examination; reciprocity

1. The Board may, without an examination,
register as a pharmacist any person who:
(a) Is registered as a pharmacist in another
jurisdiction if the person was required to pass an examination in order to be
registered in that jurisdiction;
(b) Produces evidence satisfactory to the Board
that the person has the required secondary and professional education and
training and, if a graduate of a foreign school, produces evidence that, before
taking the examination for registration in that jurisdiction, the person passed
an examination for foreign graduates offered in that jurisdiction which is
comparable to the examination required pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection
1 of NRS 639.120 ; and
(c) Is of good moral character.
2. The provisions of this section apply
only if pharmacists registered in this State are granted similar privileges by
the state in which the applicant is registered.
