Nevada Code § 639.097

Injunctive relief

The
Board may bring an action to enjoin any act which would be in violation of the
provisions of this chapter. Such action shall be commenced in the district
court in and for the county in which the act is to occur and shall be in
conformity with Rule 65 of the
Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure, except that the Board shall not be required to
allege facts necessary to show or tending to show lack of adequate remedy at
law or irreparable damage or loss. The action shall be brought in the name of
the State of Nevada.
