Election of President and Treasurer; qualifications, employment, duties and compensation of Executive Secretary

1. The Board shall elect a President and a
Treasurer from among its members.
2. The Board shall employ an Executive
Secretary, who is not a member of the Board. The Executive Secretary must have
experience as a licensed pharmacist in this State or in another state with
comparable licensing requirements. The Executive Secretary shall keep a
complete record of all proceedings of the Board and of all certificates issued,
and shall perform such other duties as the Board may require, for which
services the Executive Secretary is entitled to receive a salary to be
determined by the Board.
