Self-administered hormonal contraceptive means a self-administered contraceptive that utilizes a hormone and is approved for use by the United States Food and Drug Administration to prevent pregnancy. The term includes, without limitation, an oral contraceptive, a vaginal contraceptive ring, a contraceptive patch and any other method of hormonal contraceptive identified by the protocol established by the Board pursuant to NRS 639.28077 .
