Nuclear pharmacist means a pharmacist who: 1. Is licensed to practice in this State; and 2. Meets the requirements of training and experience concerning the handling of radioactive materials pursuant to the regulations adopted by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission or the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Human Services.
