Nevada Code § 637.1535

Complaints: Filing; requirements

Any
member of the public or a member or employee of the Board may file a complaint
with the Board if the person reasonably believes that a provision of this
chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter has been or is about
to be violated. The complaint must:
1. Be submitted on a form and in the
manner prescribed by the Board;
2. Set forth the alleged facts
constituting the violation; and
3. Be signed and verified by the person
filing the complaint.
