Nevada Code § 637.105

License as apprentice dispensing optician: Qualifications; scope; display

1. To be eligible for a license as an
apprentice dispensing optician, an applicant must:
(a) Be at least 18 years of age; and
(b) Be a graduate of an accredited high school or
its equivalent.
2. A license as an apprentice dispensing
optician:
(a) Authorizes the holder to practice ophthalmic
dispensing in this State under the direct supervision of a licensed dispensing
optician, licensed ophthalmologist or licensed optometrist; and
(b) Must at all times be conspicuously displayed
at the holders place of practice.
