Duties of peace officers and district attorneys

1. Constables, police officers and
sheriffs shall report violations of this chapter to the Executive Director, and
shall render assistance to the Board or any officer thereof if called upon so
to do.
2. District attorneys shall prosecute
violations of this chapter.
