Examination: Character and design; preparation and administration

An examination
must:
1. Be practical in character and design as
determined by the Board;
2. Test the fitness of the examinee to
practice optometry; and
3. Be prepared and administered by the
Board or a testing agency that has been designated by the Board to conduct its
examinations.
