1. A decision by the Board in a disciplinary proceeding must be made by a majority vote of the members of the Board. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS, if the Board receives a report pursuant to subsection 5 of NRS 228.420 , a disciplinary proceeding regarding the report must be commenced within 30 days after the Board receives the report.
