Nevada Code § 635.040

Deposit of fees; payment of salaries and expenses; deposit of money from imposition of civil penalties; claim for attorneys fees or costs of investigation

1. All fees provided for in this chapter
must be paid to the Treasurer of the Board, who shall deposit the fees in
banks, credit unions, savings and loan associations or savings banks in this
State. All of the salaries and expenses for the operation of the Board must be
paid from the fees.
2. The Board shall deposit the money
collected from the imposition of civil penalties with the State Treasurer for
credit to the State General Fund, and may present a claim to the State Board of
Examiners for recommendation to the Interim Finance Committee if money is
needed to pay attorneys fees or the costs of an investigation, or both.
