1. The Board may issue a certificate to a properly qualified applicant to perform ancillary services relating to chiropractic, other than chiropractic adjustment, under the supervision of a chiropractic physician. The Board shall specify the formal training which such an applicant must have completed before the Board awards the applicant a certificate as a chiropractic assistant. 2. An application for the issuance of a certificate as a chiropractic assistant must include all information required to complete the application.
