Licenses: Signatures of Boards officers and seal; use of term chiropractic physician; display of license

1. All licenses must be signed by the
President and the Secretary and be attested by the official seal of the Board.
The required fee must be collected before a license to practice chiropractic is
delivered.
2. A license to practice chiropractic
authorizes the licensee to use the term chiropractic physician.
3. A license to practice chiropractic must
be displayed prominently at the licensees principal place of practice.
