1. All licenses must be signed by the President and the Secretary and be attested by the official seal of the Board. The required fee must be collected before a license to practice chiropractic is delivered. 2. A license to practice chiropractic authorizes the licensee to use the term chiropractic physician. 3. A license to practice chiropractic must be displayed prominently at the licensees principal place of practice.
