Nevada Code § 634.040

Meetings: Regular meetings; emergency meetings; notice; location

1. The Board shall hold regular meetings
to transact business semiannually. Emergency meetings may be called by the
President or by any three members.
2. Except in an emergency, written notice
of each meeting must be given at least 3 working days before the meeting. The
notice must include the time, place, location and agenda of the meeting.
3. Each meeting must be held in this State
at a place designated by the President and the Secretary.
