Judicial review

1. Any person who has been placed on
probation or whose license has been limited, suspended or revoked by the Board
is entitled to judicial review of the Boards order as provided by law.
2. Every order of the Board which limits
the practice of osteopathic medicine or the practice of a physician assistant
or anesthesiologist assistant or suspends or revokes a license is effective
from the date on which the order is issued by the Board until the date the
order is modified or reversed by a final judgment of the court.
3. The district court shall give a
petition for judicial review of the Boards order priority over other civil
matters which are not expressly given priority by law.
