Nevada Code § 633.426

Simultaneous license to practice as anesthesiologist assistant issued by Board of Medical Examiners: Application by holder of license as anesthesiologist assistant issued by State Board of Osteopathic Medicine at time other than with application for renewal; fees

1. If a person licensed as an
anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter is not
applying to renew his or her license and wishes to hold a simultaneous license
as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS, the person must:
(a) Apply for an anesthesiologist assistant
license to the Board of Medical Examiners pursuant to chapter 630 of NRS; and
(b) Pay all applicable fees, including, without
limitation:
(1) The biennial simultaneous license
renewal fee for an anesthesiologist assistant license established pursuant to NRS 633.501 ; and
(2) The application and initial
simultaneous license fee for an anesthesiologist assistant established pursuant
to NRS 630.268 .
2. If a person licensed as an
anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter pays the
biennial simultaneous license renewal fee for an anesthesiologist assistant
license established pursuant to NRS 633.501 in accordance with subparagraph (1) of paragraph (b) of subsection 1 but does
not pay the application and initial simultaneous license fee for an
anesthesiologist assistant established pursuant to NRS 630.268 within 1 year after the next
time the person renews his or her license pursuant to this chapter:
(a) The State Board of Osteopathic Medicine shall
notify the anesthesiologist assistant that he or she is required to pay to the
Board the difference between:
(1) The biennial license renewal fee for
an anesthesiologist assistant license established pursuant to NRS 633.501 ; and
(2) The biennial simultaneous license
renewal fee for an anesthesiologist assistant license established pursuant to NRS 633.501 ; and
(b) The anesthesiologist assistant shall pay to
the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine the amount required by paragraph (a)
not later than 30 days after the date of the notice provided pursuant to
paragraph (a).
