Nevada Code § 633.322

Submission of certificate of completion of progressive postgraduate training and, if applicable, proof of completion of certain postgraduate training program by applicant for license to practice osteopathic medicine

In addition to the other
requirements for licensure to practice osteopathic medicine, an applicant shall
cause to be submitted to the Board:
1. A certificate of completion of
progressive postgraduate training from the residency program where the
applicant received training; and
2. If applicable, proof of satisfactory
completion of a postgraduate training program specified in subparagraph (3) of
paragraph (c) of subsection 1 of NRS 633.311 within 120 days after the scheduled completion of the program.
