Submission of fingerprints; conditions and limitations on information provided by Board

1. In addition to any other requirements
set forth in this chapter, each applicant for a license, including, without
limitation, an expedited license pursuant to NRS
633.399 or 633.400 or chapter 629A of NRS, except a temporary or
special license, must submit to the Board a complete set of fingerprints and
written permission authorizing the Board to forward the fingerprints to the
Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the
Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report.
2. Any communication between the Board and
the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Commission created by NRS 629A.100 relating to verification of
a physicians eligibility for expedited licensure pursuant to that section must
not include any information received in a report from the Federal Bureau of
Investigation relating to a state and federal criminal records check performed
for the purposes of an application for an expedited license issued pursuant to NRS 629A.100 .
