Payment of Boards expenses from fees; deposit of money received by Board

1. All reasonable expenses incurred by the
Board in carrying out the provisions of this chapter shall be paid from the
fees which it receives, and no part of the salaries or expenses of the Board
may be paid out of the General Fund of the State Treasury.
2. All money received by the Board shall
be deposited in banks, credit unions, savings and loan associations or savings
banks in this State and shall be paid out on its order for its expenses.
